There's a new feature in Google Docs that allows users to easily assign and keep track of tasks and action items. It's easy to use and helps streamline information.
Simply add a comment in a document. To assign someone an action item, start by typing the @ symbol in front of their name, and click assign. This person will receive an email letting them know a task has assigned with a direct link to the task.
